My new personal challenge is to be in the state of ketosis, intermittent fast and to go boxing three times a week. Is it possible for me to reach this goal? Quote by Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it's done.”
Two months ago I started visiting a boxing club. I'm enjoying the training sessions which have improved my fitness quite a bit since then! This month I've started the ketogenic diet (it's about the fourth time). I already had my first boxing training on keto and it went very well. I was a bit worried that my energy level would be low, but I had the feeling that I had more energy near the end of the training then when I was eating carbs. I'm going to wait a few weeks until I add IF (Intermittent Fasting) to the mixture. I'll keep you updated how the challenge is moving along.
