Cinnamon Roll Fat Bomb

4 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
2 oz kerrygold butter (softened)
2 oz almond butter (softened in microwave for 30 seconds)
2 tbsp powdered swerve
2 tsp cinnamon + more for dusting

Icing

2 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp powdered swerve

Cloud Bread:

4 eggs yolks and whites separated
2 oz cream cheese
½ tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp powdered sweetener
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place parchment or silpat on baking sheet and spray with oil.
In a small bowl microwave cream cheese for 15 to 20 seconds add yolks and seasonings and whisk until combined and there are no lumps.
In a medium bowl using a hand mixer whip egg whites with cream of tartar until super thick. Gently fold in your yolk mixture into the whites with a rubber spatula.
Take a 1 cup measuring cup and scoop mixture onto silpat or parchment smoothing out into uniform circles and desired thickness. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes on the middle rack or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the fat bomb and mix thoroughly till you have a marbled effect.
Place fat bomb mix on top of cloud bread and smear it up marbling like mad drizzle the icing mix over it and finish with a dash of cinnamon and brown sugar swerve.

The macros can vary on this our cloud bread made 3 1 cup portions and we only used one and we only used about 2/3 of the fat bomb mix.
