Fasted VS Fed Cardio and fat loss, does it matter? We review some of the research from Kaito Iwayama's group in Japan.

As we discuss in the video, these studies by Iwayama are well controlled in metabolic chamber BUT are short term (only 24-hours). In contrast, Brad Schoenfeld and Alan Aragon's four-week study found no fat-loss advantage in fasted VS fed cardio in young women.
